I) PROJECT CONSULTANT
GCE N, O & A Level
Experience in interior projects of show units/show galleries, residential, commercial and hospitality projects
Strong in design detailing and good knowledge of materials and technical requirements
Able to perform under tight schedules and deadlines with minimum supervision
Highly motivated and has good working attitude
Meticulous and self-driven; with a strong eye for details
Passionate about design
Bilingual, good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
II) INTERIOR DESIGNER
Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or in similar capacity
Proficiency in Autocad, 3D Studio Max. V Ray & Photoshop
Experiences in Interior Designing
Professional understanding in space planning, conceptualizing, material and colour usage etc
Passionate, creative and meticulous in given tasks
Team player, self-driven, independent, exhibits good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to perform well under pressure & flexible
Ability to coordinate with contractors and relevant personnel on job site
Bilingual, good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
